The privacy policies described below are part of this Agreement. WRG respects the privacy of our online visitors. This Privacy Policy tells you how we protect the personal information that you supply voluntarily and will describe the choices you have concerning such information. Please read this policy carefully. We may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our WRG Web Site. We will post changes here so that you know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose that information to anyone. Personal Information - Collection and Use

In general, you can visit the WRG Web Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

Personally Identifiable Information

The choice of whether to and how much personally identifiable information you provide to WRG is left completely to you and is voluntary. There are times when we may need information from you, such as your name, mailing address or e-mail address. You will be asked to supply that information voluntarily. Some examples of when we may need information are if you choose to purchase a product or service directly from a WRG Web Site, if you use the "Contact Us" feature, to receive invoices from us by e-mail or to contact us about our website or services. In addition, we collect non-public personal information from applications or other forms that you submit to us, and from your transactions with us,. Except when required to do so by law, we do not share any of the personal information you provide to us with any third party other than service providers of ours who assist us in providing the information and/or services we are providing to you and who need to know the information in order to verify or fulfill your transactions with us, in accordance with our agreements with those service providers, which agreements state that the service provider agrees to comply with our privacy standards as described in this privacy policy. WRG will not sell, rent, lend or give your personally identifiable information to or share it with any other company or third party agency, except as permitted or required by law.

WRG maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic, personally identifiable information. This includes, among other things, using encryption technology.. However, WRG cannot guarantee that any information is totally secure because of the nature of the Internet. You acknowledge and agree that WRG is not responsible for any use of personal information by websites you reach via a link on the WRG Web Site.

Anonymous Information

This type of information cannot be tied back to a specific individual user. Like many other web sites, WRG receives and collects information about your session or about you when IP addresses are logged to track a user’s session (the user remains anonymous). When WRG receives information about your session or about you, we may use it as part of aggregated statistics for research, regulatory purposes, or to improve our site. In general, IP addresses (the Internet address of a computer) are logged to track a user's session while the user remains anonymous. This data is analyzed for certain trends and statistics, such as which parts of our site users are visiting and how long they spend there, as examples. This anonymous information about your session or about you may be collected by technology such as, "cookie" and "web beacons".

Cookies

There is a technology called "cookies" which can be used by a website to enable its users to store tailored information from the website. A cookie can be sent to your browser, which may then store it on your system. Some WRG pages use cookies so that we can better serve you when you return to the WRG Web Site. A cookie does not retrieve any other data from your hard drive or capture or store your e-mail address. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. You may continue browsing our site even if you decide not to accept the cookie.

Web Beacons

WRG employs a software technology that serves as a web tracking device to collect certain information about traffic to the WRG web sites. This device is classified as a "web beacon" by the Network Advertising Initiative, which means that the scope of its collection is restricted to web site traffic data. It is similar in function to cookies. The main difference between cookies and web beacons is that web beacons are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. A P3P-compliant JavaScript cookie is set and collected by the tracking device to allow for differentiation between visitors to the sites. This data is used for tracking and reporting aggregate usage patterns on the web sites but does not include any personally identifiable information about individual visitors.

WRG may provide links to third party web sites, however, we are not responsible for those sites, their content or privacy policies. We advise you to check their privacy policies as well.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Monitoring of WRG Web Site

You acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of your use of the WRG Web Site, you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. You may not use the WRG Web Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any WRG server, or the network(s) connected to any WRG server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the WRG Web Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the WRG Web Site or any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any WRG server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the WRG Web Site.

WRG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to monitor any and all use of the WRG Web Site.

Violations of and Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use

WRG reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to our site.

WRG reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise, modify, change, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and users are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use upon publication on the WRG Web Site. Any changed Terms and Conditions of Use will apply only to nonpublic personally identifiable information you give to us or confirm to us (including by entering into a transaction with us) after the effective date of the change. Accordingly, we recommend that you review our Terms and Conditions of Use before giving or confirming to us any nonpublic personally identifiable information. Our policy on the privacy of your personal information has been in effect since 2004 and was last updated in July 2009.

Laws and Applicable Jurisdiction

You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the WRG Web Site is subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations. The terms, conditions and policies contained in this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You acknowledge and agree that any legal action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County; that you irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such action; and that you will irrevocably waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such court. The failure of WRG to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
